The Masiye Conference is one of Africa’s largest Student Missions Conferences, as hosted by the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) in Southern Africa. Named after the Zulu term directly translated as “Let’s Go” – the conference launched in October 2017 in Pretoria, South Africa with delegates from various IFES movements across the English-Portuguese Speaking region of Africa (EPSA).
With speakers from Nigeria to Kenya, South Africa to Zambia, the United States to Germany and beyond, the Masiye Conference links ten Southern African student movements for one great reason – to learn and grow all the more in the Gospel. It aspires to create a revived mission field for evangelism and social cohesion across Africa with an African perspective in mind.
